On GCSE results day 2023, Calderdale Council’s Cabinet Member for Children and Young People’s Services, Cllr Adam Wilkinson, said:

“Reaching this milestone in their learning is a great achievement, especially because the pandemic affected much of the early part of their secondary school experience.

“We want all of Calderdale’s young people to be happy and successful, to have hope and reach their potential.
